Motel a Underwood

“The bed was clean and bug free. The staff was friendly and helpful. But the room was disappointing. We got the same room for both stays. The bathroom was dirty with hair on the walls. The flooring was coming apart. It was really humid and muggy in the room. The gap between the bed and the wall was really narrow and hard to walk through to get into bed.”

“Motel had a major problem with a sewer back-up. 1st floor was flooded. Standing water in the hallway. Check -in clerk was new. Had to look at notes to check me in. Then gave me wrong directions to my room. Parking Lot was very trashy.. Grass needed mowing. Outside and hallway trash cans over filled( first day) .elevator and stairwells dirty. Broken shower rod and shower curtain laying in hallway on 3rd floor”

“CAPRI is an older property but checkin was easy. Room was clean and bed sheets smelled great.”

“Personale scortese. Nella stanza 2 lampade rotte su quattro e non c'era il microonde. La colazione inclusa è una presa in giro, delle fette di pane e della marmellata nelle piccole vaschette. Poca manutenzione della struttura. ”

“Should NOT be on Expedia as a choice of lodge. Place is goes housing codes violations. It a crime to even list that place.😑”

“Thank you”
