“This Hotel is 5 star. I love this Staybridge so much. It feels like home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Peaceful. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. They have an afternoon/evening simple meal. They have a bar. I forgot my toothpaste they have complimentary ones. It felt great to use. 10/10. I have been booking this hotel since Feb of 2025 when my daughter was visiting Tuskegee University, now she is a student there. We came back a few more times. “Room was not clean, plastic over the smoke alarm, toilet paper stuck in the peephole. Bathroom ick. The staff were all wonderful, super friendly. ”

“Hotel is extremely outdated and unclean. Upon arrival room given wasn’t cleaned from previous guest. When given second room it smelled like cigarettes and mold. Carpets and linen were extremely old and had unidentifiable smells. ”

“The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment.”

“The first time I stayed here my room was perfect! Very clean and comfortable. This past weekend my room reeked of cigarette smoke and the bed made a terrible noise when you got in and out of it. There was also a homeless man who had set up camp in the gazebo 1 night. Before I saw my room I booked for another stay in the fall. I’ll give the place 1 more shot but if it the same I will not return. ”

“The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it.”
