Gestione dello staff pessima. Nessun aiuto per noleggio auto, tour etc.
La cosa più grave è che mi sono lamentato per 2 volte che lo scarico non funzionava e non hanno fatto assolutamente nulla per risolverlo ( cosa che mi era stata garantita). Doccia sempre fredda e non hanno fatto nulla.

“This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us.
The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating.
The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers.
