“Beautiful room and four poster bed. Very friendly staff who looked after us even though we were late checking in. ”

“Must have been a beautiful hotel in its day but now it’s very tired, no staff, no working lift, or working aircon, lightbulbs blown. Such a shame really because the location is ideal and there’s a cheap carpark around the corner”

“Un hotel comodo, vicino alla stazione dei treni e a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Camera spaziosa e pulita e personale cordiale. Consigliato”

“Payment details had not been updated and was asked to pay again. Luckily I had my bank payment evidence. Room was tired with stained carpet, soiled bed linen, soiled sink, and hairs on toilet and surrounding surface. No one at reception on check out to discuss this with.”

“The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...
