“Reception staff was rude”

“Room is bad. Bathroom is super worst. Service is good. Service is the only positive.”

“I booked this hotel four days prior to my check-in date. However, upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that due to server glitches, they could not provide me a room as all rooms were full. I explained that I had booked well in advance and asked why I hadn’t received any communication about this issue. Their only response was that they had technical problems and kept repeating the same excuse. Eventually, they allotted me a room, but it was in a pathetic condition—no fan, dirty bedsheets...
