“Overall, the experience was pleasant, but the breakfast was a real disappointment. The waffles were undercooked and the eggs had an unappetizing slimy texture. The rooms were pretty nice and the hostess applied to our every needs. So I would give the a three.”

“Parking was easy and no additional cost so I appreciated that. Staff was so nice and helpful. Shopping nearby. My only complain per se is my air conditioning unit kept making a sound and the couch and curtains were pretty dirty in my room. And the lighting wasn’t great since it was only lamps. Not a major deal since I was only in it but so much but definitely doesn’t make it feel worth spending the amount we did for 2 nights. ”

“The room was kinda gross/dirty. There were areas in the bathroom, where the floor molding had black nasty looking stuff in it and in the corners of the floor. A lot of “gunk” in the air conditioner vents and dust in the lamp shade. The shower faucet is kind of gross looking. Easy to hear the people in the rooms next door. The fixture that should be where the door knob would be to stop someone coming into your room from the adjacent room was not attached and it was laying on the ground. The air...

“Great breakfast, super friendly front desk staff ”

“The floor was in our room was very dirty; we actually washed it ourselves because we don’t wear shoes in the room and it made our feet filthy. The elevator smells like body odor; it needs to be cleaned. Most of the staff are friendly but some of the front desk people are not customer service oriented; they are more interested in being on their phones or having personal conversations. The people cleaning the breakfast area do a great job; they keep the tables washed and everything is well...

“The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. We were grateful for the breakfast and had plenty of options from hardy to healthy. The waffle maker was a favorite. The elevator was not working while we were there but the front desk staff kindly took our luggage upstairs for us. The pool was small but pleasant and available as early as 6am! The gym was probably the one area that needed some love as one of the two treadmills was would not turn on and had been repaired with duct...

“Room was very clean and well stocked. Sheets and pillows very clean. Room had a refrigerator and microwave which was convenient and helped us save money on snacks and drinks because we brought our own. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Bar/Restaurant staff were amazing. Good food, especially the burger. Only a few miles from the historic district. Plenty of parking too. ”
