“Easy access from I-565, more handicap parking needed, more roll-in shower units needed, caulking around shower cracked & moldy, luggage carts difficult to use, not user friendly for guests with special needs.”

“The Property was everything and MORE than I needed for my short business stay in Huntsville. Proximity to dining, shopping etc. Chris at the Front Desk and all the other staff whom I interacted with were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. 5-Stars!”

“Room was clean and roomy. You could hear noises from Outside very easily. Plenty of towels. Conditioner bottle was empty. One thing that was an irk but not the facilities fault is the smoke detector started chirping about 130 in the morning. I’m sure we could have called the front desk and had it addressed but we didn’t.”

“After staying for almost three weeks- kitchen is doable, bear minimum provided. In the time we were there, our room was cleaned one time because there were not enough housekeepers. Two women at the front desk whom I will not name were not only unfriendly, but seemed to have been bothered whenever I had a need, i.e. more towels or the times I had...
