“This is a “Love Motel”. You can rent rooms by the hour. I gave them an extra 500 pesos to let me in early and as soon as I realized where I was I grabbed my luggage and left. Unfortunately you can’t speak with anyone at Expedia to complain and request your money back so I lost $140 USA.”

“We chose this hotel as we wanted somewhere local or within the same vicinity as we were visiting some relatives in the area. We liked the location as it was only few mins from SM, Starbucks, Mc Donald’s etc. They had towels, dental kit, nice AC, mini toiletries. The only thing is they don’t accept cards and they don’t have much change so you need to make sure you have some spare change or smaller currency with you. “Sad to say that I can’t convince myselft to recommend unless it’s extremely needed for one to stay that just ifor a sleeping shack..the fitted sheet were use as blankets the BR needs serious repair faucet that wiggles when you put on and off toilet that don’t flush well “moldy” joints hallway with musty smell…it’s unexpected sub standard hotel for me good thing only stayed for 2 nights…at least staff were nice they need to smile more though to compensate ”

“Vault /safe should be in safe place not nearby the door and it should be imstalled not movable that safe to put important document or valuable. The water supply in each floor is not supplied well The pillow is not comfortable to use and have a good rest and sleep. Overall.i will not book this hotel in the future”

“Room with mold in the bathroom especially around the shower ! Reception staff needs to trained and develop the sense of urgency! Took 20 minutes for the check out! Polite people but need to be trained! Room service : most of the food in the menu not available! Food quality average! Housekeeping service to be improved! Lobby very impressive! Maintenance of the rooms pretty shabby ”
