“The listing is misleading; the pictures showed an upper-floor unit, but we got a first-floor unit. There was an AC unit, but not in the bedroom; it was in the living room!!. And if you have been to Perth, you know that it can be hot in early March. And it was. The check-in was a disaster. The front desk is open only from 10 am to 2 pm, and the phone number they have listed is outdated. “A lovely, clean apartment building central to the CBD and particularly RAC Arena. Simple cooking facilities and full amenities in the bathroom were just what we needed. The CBD was a 15min walk or the Red Cat stop was just on the other side of the street. Street parking was great on a Sunday however possibly tricky to navigate on a weekday or weekend.”

“Have stayed at The Peninsula on many occasions. Great location, good value and walking distance to good restaurants, cafes, shops supermarket and ferry. This time had a one bedroom apartment, with a small usable kitchen and great for 2 people. Adequate free parking on site however when busy you may need to park on the street. Would highly recommend.”
