“We love the location.”

“We arrived later evening. Front desk clerk was pleasant and so helpful. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Restful night at the hotel.”

“This was a very minimalist place. No hand soap by the sink. They said to use the shower gel. Then outside their control the power went out in middle of night due to storm. We had no hot water and no lights in stairwell to get down 4 flights of stairs and I'm pretty certain this is a fire code violation. The weather is outside their control and now they are refusing any kind of remediation!! No concern whatsoever. They are blaming the city of Madison. Baymont will continue to hear from me.”

“Nice and cheap motel near South transportation point. Room is very big and comfortable. The only two negative points are the AC not controllable and the shower a little bit not practical. Be sure to wait at 7 to take some stuff for breakfast because usually people is not so kind and they lined up to take everything, at 8 am everything is finished and the food doesn't get replaced until next morning. Assistance during breakfast would be required. ”

“Walking in I noticed right away that there was a pet fountain treats and bags for pet clean up available and got the feeling of care and thoughtfulness. Room was ver nice and stayed for the vicinity walking distance to Kohl Center .”

“The bathroom in my room was horrible. Bad toilet stains, men’s hair clippings all over, shower and shower curtain was gross! The towels were very badly stained and there was an awful urine smell. The carpet in the room looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time. The only thing I was happy with was the bed. The bedding seemed clean and “newer”.”

“We reserved a king bed room and were given a 2 full bed room and because of the hotel being full they weren't able to fix it. The shuttle service was a great perk and the shuttle driver was amazing.”

“Hotel is in a quiet location. Parking was a challenge as we had to park on the street in front on the hotel due to hotel lot was full. Several cars were taking up 2 spots and there was a large Enterprise box truck taking up 5 spots. Breakfast was great with lots of options! Bed was comfortable. A/C unit in room was extremely noisy and while it kept room cool, it most likely needs service for the loud rattling noise coming from it.”
