“It was nice to have a mini kitchen, although I didn't stay there very long, it was nice to have a full size refrigerator. The TV was very small, and had 25 dots on the screen, had to have it changed out. the replacement had 2 white dots on the screen. difficult to view the tv as it was.”

“Booking through a third party is not always the best or easiest way to go if you have hiccups in your trip. I had a huge hiccup in my trip! However, David helped me and guided me through the process of how to reverse the charges for a night I was unable to use. He went above and beyond and I was so fortunate to have him on my side. Not only was the issue resolved, he personally reached out to make sure ducks were all in a row for my stay. I appreciate you David 🙏”

“It’s an older hotel that needs some updating, but the bed was comfortable and overall very quiet. Pool is not the cleanest. One of our rooms was overbooked, which was frustrating because someone knocked on our door at 7 o’clock in the morning because they thought our room should be there. That was very frustrating. Staff is friendly.”

“Staff was nice. Let us check in half hour early. Carpets were dirty. Room was hot had to run air on hi and low temperature to get it cooled off. Community bathroom was filthy and informed staff it was out of paper towel and it was filthy when we checked in and it was still the same way when we checked out. Hot tub was cloudy and jets didn’t work well. ”

“Nice and cheap motel near South transportation point. Room is very big and comfortable. The only two negative points are the AC not controllable and the shower a little bit not practical. Be sure to wait at 7 to take some stuff for breakfast because usually people is not so kind and they lined up to take everything, at 8 am everything is finished and the food doesn't get replaced until next morning. Assistance during breakfast would be required. ”

“We are here for UW Madison SOAR program. It’s walking distance to almost every where you need to be on campus. If you don’t want to walk, the hotel shuttle can take you there, just ask for it at the front desk. The beds are comfortable and everything works out great for us.”

“Stayed here with my husband and adult sons. It was very comfortable and I loved having the separate rooms. Everything was really nice. The only thing it was missing was a hot tub! The person cleaning our room must have forgotten to check the tissue box because we went without tissues for two nights. We were also missing spoons from the silverware drawer but they gave us some plastic ones. ”
