Position of the structure is about 2 km far from Flinder Station and downtown is easily accessible with trams, tram stop is 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
There are few parking place available for free and, if completely full, there are parking area very close that are free from 6pm till 8am.
The Hotel did not provide breakfast but is served by Mr. Percival, which is a coffee restaurant practically inside...

“Forse mi aspettavo troppo avendo letto recensioni entusiastiche... in realtà la struttura è molto bella ma il panorama circostante è depressivo. La camera era superaccessoriata ma con una patina di polvere che denotava un servizio non adeguato. Il personale alla reception non era di prim'ordine come ci si sarebbe aspettati, a parte una ragazza bruna che è stata molto collaborativa, omaggiandomi di un check out serale.”

“Arrivati all'albergo siamo rimasti colpiti dall'accoglienza molto cordiale. Sono state fornite indicazioni e spiegazioni esaustive sia per il parcheggio dell'auto che per i movimenti con l'adiacente metro.
La vista dal nostro appartamento al 9° piano, però, non era affatto gradevole perchè l'affaccio era all'ombra di un adiacente hotel (forse di 25 piani) in fase di costruzione.
In compenso l'appartamento era molto confortevole e con tutti i servizi/accessori possibili. Angolo cottura...
