“The room was spotless, the design and finishes were fantastic, and it was a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Castro in San Francisco. The staff were super helpful and got back to me quickly. Expedia had a $34 food credit on my reservation, but the hotel couldn’t use it, so the staff mentioned they’re looking into a refund.”

“I didn't cook. Early evening there was an awful whistling in the room. Front desk responded quickly and we were moved”

“Hotel Piccolo ma con il necessario, posizione buona ad un minuto dalla fermata della metro. I bagni in comune venivano tenuti puliti. Il receptionist molto disponibile a dare informazioni e suggerimenti sulla zona.”

“Small bedroom but enough clean. If you have to staydo in S.F. for a long time is not a cozy solution, but it's ok for two or three days. ”

“the location is very convenient both for getting around walking and by public transport (there are many scooters in the area and the Muni F stop). It is located halfway between Soma, Castro and civic center. what leaves something to be desired is the frequenting of the surrounding area, but given the price I would say it is more than good. furthermore the room is equipped with a fridge and microwave and there is a market right in front.”

“Beautiful hotel where you can stay! Staff friendly, room clean and new towels every day, free coffe in the morning, top location!”

“Nice motel style structure, heated pool and clean rooms. Had a nice style to the property. Breakfast available in the foyer. Parking right outside the front door (big plus in SF). On the downside the hotel had lots of people hanging around outside the property all day and we sadly didn't feel that safe to walk around with our two teenagers.”

Posizione buona, 10 minuti a piedi da Market Avenue e da China Town, 4 miglia da Pier 39. Sarebbe da migliorare la colazione, che è servita nella piccola hall. Tuttavia offre, a differenza di altre strutture, pasticceria dolce di qualità e non confezionate Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ”
