“The breakfast was terrible. Noisy second floor soccer team. Tried to call desk to report and room phone was broken. Went to the desk and was told it would be taken care of. Loud noise continued for two nights after multiple complaints. We will not return. ”

“While the staff was helpful, the property is clearly run down and dated and in need of refurbishing. The sitting chair in my room was so disgustingly stained and dirty it looked like something that’s been sitting on the street for months. I wouldn’t even put my bag on top of it. ”

“It is in a convenient location, and the staff are as helpful as they can but the property needs upgrades and a permanent maintenance man on call. When I arrived there was a gentleman who had a problem with his tv and had to be given another room. I brought food with me and put it in the fridge only to find out the fridge did not work and the food went bad, They told me no one was available to fix the fridge. “The steel door showed signs of forced entry. There was a round puncture several inches in diameter and more than an inch deep, as if from a police (hopefully) battering ram. The interior of the door frame had evidence of being knocked in, as well. The interior moulding of the door frame was screwed back together in several places. There was tons of activity at night, especially where the rear of the property backed up to a wooded area. Cars were coming and going after very short visits,...

“Room was terrible! The furniture has cigarette burns and the cabinets had missing hardware. Smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, there was also an outlet hanging out of the wall. Hairdryer had melted. The refrigerator had leaked and ruined my leftovers. And the last straw was when I was going to shower and it had grime all over it. I was going to try and at least stay one night. But the thought of them not properly cleaning the room worried I would be sleeping with bed bugs”

“It was great for a quick overnight stay. Smoking room and clean was key for me. I will there were a couple of burn marks on things like people don't know how to use an ashtray. Other than that no problems. Also great customer service!”
