“Love the hotel and staff. Food service and bar service was good , but food and drink quality was ok but not great. Had one of the worst Bloody Marys and a poorly prepared avocado toast and egg at breakfast. Just thought you guys could do better. Missed having coffee maker in room. Very comfortable and attractive room, common areas like lobby and bars was great as well. Anyway, will be back. A good bordering on very good stay. Cheers”

“While I was excited to stay at your hotel, I was deeply disappointed to find that it heavily pumps synthetic fragrance into the main lobby. While some may view this as a branding choice, synthetic fragrances are a major health barrier. “We checked in and went straight to the pool area. We absolutely loved the set up. This pool would be great for a family vacation like we did, or a friends trip. Poolside service was a plus! Our room was great as well, very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy, once we discussed it with the front desk. They were so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot!”

“The sheets on my sisters bed had a dried blood stain on it. When we told the woman at the front desk she basically accused my sister of lying. The valet brought my sisters car to us and we got in It reeked of pot. I was told a manager would call me regarding a refund for one of our two rooms. No one did. I called two other times when I got home and received no call back. I got Expedia involved. Then I called hotel again and finally got an assistant manager who was very polite and professional...

“Very convenient & easy”

“I stayed 3 nights, not one single day did housekeeping come by. I had to request for them to come get the trash and they never came, on top of that I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. My overall stay wasn’t so pleasant. But the beds are comfortable. So if you don’t mind a dirty room, mid breakfast, then I guess you will be fine.”

“One of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. Both times I've traveled through KC I chose this one because the staff, hotel, cleanliness, location, is nothing short of excellent. For the price it's unbelievable. Dedicated parking garage so don't have to worry much about car getting broken into. & not to mention, 8 minutes away from Joe's KC BBQ which is a MUST-DO while in KC.”
