Hotel a Urbandale

“It was quiet. The bed was decent. It was a bit rundown.”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the entrance was also kept well. For the price, I thought it was overall very good. The outside of the hotel needed a lot of work. Weeds, dead grass and overgrown grass with weeds, and also the pavement was broken up here and there. ”

“First hotel I’ve been in where u have to request housekeeping. Receptionist never told us we needed to request housekeeping when we was checking in. So for the 5 days my self and my family was there, our room never got cleaned.”

“The 8+ rating on Expedia must have been based on stays loooooong ago. The property itself was clearly uncared-for, operating on a shoestring budget. We arrived around 9pm after a long day traveling (like most arrivals to a budget motel I’m sure). Along with another family, we were “greeted” by an empty front desk. We waited for about 20 minutes for the clerk to return to the desk so we could check in and finally just get to our room. Clearly, staffing levels are an issue here. The young lady...
