“Pros: Excellent pillows—I’m a pillow snob. Shower was adequate. Room was spacious. Lots of charge ports and lights. Comfortable bed. Cons: Coffee machines at buffet breakfast had everyone upset every morning. Lukewarm meats (at best) at breakfast also. Bathroom door was disturbingly thrashed from the bottom up…was it haunted? “Clean room, Staff welcoming and friendly, in room kitchen well equipped and clean. Overall this hotel is great. I will return if I am in the area.”

“The breakfast was good and well stocked. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was mediocre for the money spent, was unable to sleep all night on the very bad bed, I slept on the chair was much more comfortable. The tv selection was horrible for the family. Keys demagnetized immediately if set by phone or any electronics. The pool and hot tub are very small. I booked with the reviews and I was very disappointed with my stay.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Checked in around 11:45 PM after a long drive. First set of room keys didn’t work, and I had to wait ~15 minutes as the front desk attendant had stepped out with her dogs. After she returned, she reprogrammed the keys and we got into the room. “Our family was traveling through Provo and very much enjoyed our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was surprisingly excellent.
