“Newly renovated, and super cozy! We loved our stay, and the owners couldn’t be more friendly. Conveniently located right off Main street near downtown. The food truck parked on the property had amazing authentic mexican food that I’ll be thinking about for awhile. ”

“Excellent stay overall however there is always room for improvement. I was not allowed to park my pickup with the trailer attached, the laundry machines were funky and I slipped on ice in the parking lot and cut my hand trying to catch myself ”

“The front desk clerk Jeremiah seemed to not really care about my concerns. I arrived promptly at 3 PM, just in case there were any issues with the room. I have had a few bad experiences at Best Western properties. I wanted to give Best Western another chance. The room I paid for was a king, upon arrival at the door to my room, I heard the people next door speaking loudly and TV was loud. I wanted a nice quiet place to stay. “This was a one night stop of a long touring vacation. So, the location was perfect for our purpose. The staff at the hotel was very nice and cooperative”

“Rough Stay on this one. First, the slide that is the whole reason we booked this hotel was broken, out of service. Dissappointing but it happens. We checked in and then once we got to the room the safe did not function and there was no bedding for the pull out. When requested, it was all "in the washer" and none was available. “The toilet was not functioning properly during the entirety of our stay. It was already broken when we checked in. It took a few hours for us to realize the toilet paper was not flushing. I had to google the hotel phone number because the room phone was not working. I called down and was told that all the room phones on my floor were not working, and that maintenance was only there during the day, and they offered to move us to a different room.
