“We had a two night stay but we ended our trip early due to our toilet not working in our room at all and our sheets were nasty when arrived. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with changing our room the next dat but we decided not to stay. Also the smell of the hotel could be a little better then what it is.”

“Everything was great except for the young lady that checked us in. She needs more training. She was not enthusiastic and acted like she didn't want to be there. We mentioned we had a dog with us and we paid the fee for that and the deposit fee. She told us that we would get the deposit fee back. I waited and didn't see the credit and called back on 04/02 to see why and the gentleman told me that I wouldn't get my deposit back because that was the pet fee. My credit card was charged the deposit...
