“Horrible, dirty and smelly. I checked out after 20 minutes as I was getting nauseous. You can see that I checked in the Quality Inn 30 minutes later. I should not pay for this room.”

“The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point.”

“We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Suburban Studios. The rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are clean, the amenities are very useful.Thanks to the helpful female weekend staff who helped us with AC and internet issues. We appreciate your responsiveness. ”

“No blow dryer. I was told some of the rooms had them, but unfortunately not mine. Front desk not at all helpful.”

“Pet friendly, but rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants, tub wouldn't drain, beds had stuff in them. We were here for a couple weeks so we bought a Swiffer and our own sheets. Housekeeping didn't come in once in the two weeks we were there, not to empty trash or refill toilet paper. We rented the room, and that's the max of what you got.”

“Clean room. Lots of hot water. Only complaint is the smell of weed in the hallway & lobby at night.”

“I think the property is being renovated, which would explain some of the mess on the floors and elevator. But room was super clean, staff was super friendly, location was perfect for getting anywhere around town. Parking was great. It was a short walk to food and convenience store though we did not try them. Disappointed that the fitness room was not accessible, probably due to renovations again.”

“Walked up to the room to check it out before I brought my stuff up and sure glad I did because I flipped the light on inside the door and it didn't work so I found another light turned it on and seen 2 cockroaches run across the stand and I turned around and walked right on out. Still waiting on my refund”

“15 minutes from center city. convenient and many utilities available. Room clean up is on demand ”

“Overall, pretty average stay. The 4th and 3rd floors are renovated rooms, however, we travel with a pet so requested a 1st floor, non-renovated, room. It DEFINITELY needed renovation. However, the room was clean and fine. My main complaint is that the wheels were broken on both of the luggage carts which made a miserable move in and move out. Honestly, fix the luggage carts!”
