“We just enjoyed a very cozy night here! And the description is accurate: it had everything we needed including a nice bottle of wine. The fire pit was lighter-ready and making s’mores was just like I remember as a kid! We would definitely rebook and would recommend a stay here for a private and relaxing experience. Also very convenient for a visit to Cloudland Canyon.”

“My daughters and I stayed here for 3 nights on a girls' trip. We had an amazing time! The home is actually better, roomier, and nicer than it seems in the listing. We had a bonfire one night which was a lot of fun. It's very conveniently located - close enough to everything, but quiet and private. It has a well stocked kitchen & comfortable beds. “We had a wonderful time at Fern Cottage this weekend-it was a unique stay. Sage was very responsive to our questions. Overall the tiny house isn't at all too tiny and we were comfortable with 2 adults and 3 teens (ages 12, 15, and 17). The beds were all very comfortable with soft bedding! “The cabin was perfect for a couples getaway. It is completely private and surrounded by beautiful grounds and nice outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The sunsets and views were stunning, the personal touches made upon our arrival, and good company (Wolfgang and Chrissy are now great friends!). “As locals it was a nice little get away from the normal humdrum. It was beautiful and a fun place and the “hot tub” is literally just that a tub for two with jets in it. It served the purpose. Only complaint I at all is that the A/C should be turned on before a guest enters the property if at all possible. Also the positioning of the AC unit above the bed wasn’t the greatest, I had to rig up something with a magazine and the wooden coasters to make it where the AC blew down on us at night. ...

“The attention to detail is incredible. Only one of our 4 had ever watched or read Harry Potter, yet we all felt like we must be living it in real life. So as not to spoil the experience, we would just absolutely recommend this rental.
