“We visited this hotel last year and wrote a review saying it was one of the cleanest hotels I'd ever been to, but this time I was not happy. The microwave and fridge still had leftover crumbs, and there were hairs on the washroom wall. That's why I was disappointed that it was not the same anymore.”
