“Loved the bed very comfortable but the pool wasn't clean.”

“Very easy to check in when I arrived and the staff member was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was easy to find, very clean and even though the parking lot was full of cars, the halls were very quiet.”

“Advertised on Expedia as room for 5 adults. Clearly was not as only 2 beds and no couch or roll away. Power went out preventing hot breakfast. Staff sat scrolling on phone rather than trying to help guests. Could have set out things that didn't require cooking.”

“Our room was only half painted. The fixtures looked ancient. I saw a red stain on the wall in the bathroom. The breakfast space was so cramped we could barely move between the juice and the waffles. Choices were very limited. When we arrived, we dialed 0 to get the desk manager. When she answered, her first words were “oh no.” The key to our room did not work, but the desk manager resolved the problem quickly.”

“This hotel is topnotch! Super clean, very quiet (light sleeper here), and the bed was like sleeping in heaven. Don't pass on this one, worth every penny.”

“We stayed here for the waterpark. The kids really enjoyed the waterslide and pirate ship area. The pool area was nice. The room needed some serious TLC .. there was paint chipping and screw holes in the walls they never covered up. The bathroom was disgusting. All the caulk around the shower was black. The room was so dark. We had every light on and still couldn’t see. The layout of the room was nice and spacious, it has potential if they’d put a little work into cleaning it up.”
