“The best hotel in York!! Cathy was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable!! Would stay there next time we are in York and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting York!!”

“We started our stay by having lunch in the restaurant. The beer they brew on site was very very good as was the food and the service. Our room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. The only negative was our experience in the pub they have in the basement. It was a mediocre experience. So we recommend the hotel based on our experience with everything except the pub. Plenty of free parking as well”

“Found a roach in the room and bugs behind the paintings. My wife and son were there for a baseball tournament. Absolutely disgusting, will never stay there or that brand hotel again, No staff, automated check in, horrible experience.”

“Check in was quick and easy. I like the new feature of checking in online before arrival, made it much easier once I arrived. While the room and property were generally clean, it is time to replace/repair some items. Bathroom door was splintered at the base, holes in walls, etc.”

“I stayed 3 nights. I had to calm and request wash clothes for the bathroom as there were none in the room at time of arrival. The next morning I left around 10:00 am and came back late and found my room hadn’t been cleaned/made up, not a huge deal but I had to request coffee for the next morning. The next day I again had to request coffee as it had not been restocked and from what I remember I only had my room visited by the made once during my stay and I did not put the “enjoying the room”...
