“Sergio and Rosa were very kind to help us with arranging a taxi from the train station to the property and they were quick to respond to questions we had. Check-in video is very easy to follow. Unit is clean but spartan- by no means luxury, and the view is pretty. If it is your first time in Como, or if you are reliant on taxis or walking, I do not recommend staying here as the property is not in a convenient area for someone that does not have a car, and the taxi services around the lake are...

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous home in Fiumelatte. The owner was a great communicator and a pleasure to work with. The home was very clean and well appointed. Only thing we would recommend is perhaps some more comfortable beds, but all else was wonderful. ”
