“El encargado del check-in fue muy amable; nos brindó todas la guía necesaria para un ingreso a altas horas de la noche. Ingresamos agotados, directo a dormir. Al despertar al día siguiente y salir de la cama vimos que las sábanas tenían manchas de los huéspedes anteriores. El lavamanos e inodoro no estaban limpios, los paños usados. En resumen, la habitación no fue limpiada. Una experiencia muy desagrable. Reportamos lo ocurrido a nuestro contacto, y decidimos abandonar el hotel y buscar otro...

“It is true this is off the beaten track and very quiet except the dogs barking at 3am. Unfortunately when we arrived the bed was crawling with ants. there were 2 holes in the wall that the ants were crawling out of. The property manager's solution was to use a can of raid and duck tape the holes. We had booked for 5 nights but left after 1 night. We found much more comfortable accommodations in Tamarindo.
