“This must be the nicest hotel in Trivandrum, because everything was perfect. It’s a beautiful hotel, everything is spotlessly clean and the staff are so attentive. It’s truly a hotel where the pictures match how beautiful the property actually is. We travelled from abroad and loved our stay. ”

“The reception staff was very friendly. However the room was a disappointment. There was not toilet paper, the sheets were dirty and stained. I had to use a towel on the bottom sheet and slept in my clothes. I booked for two nights and stayed one night and checked out. The location was nice very close to the beach and local restaurants. I would not recommend staying here. ”

“It was off season and there was some annual maintenance going on - it has to happen sometime - but the hotel manager and staff had made every effort to minimize this and to more than compensate. If you wanted a fully equipped gym you might have been disappointed but if you wanted to stay in a simply beautiful property - and we were delighted in all respects from room, food, amenities, activities, and location this place is it. But what makes this property special is quite the most genuinely...
