“Still one of my favorite places to stay. Just a classic property in a gorgeous setting. The Canyon Suite is a great way to go. Separate bedroom and bathroom, living room, dining room, wet bar, and another huge bathroom. Professional, courteous staff throughout the property. Tucson’s best hotel hands down.”

“The staff was very friendly as soon as we walked in. Told us about Happy hour and breakfast, which was delicious! Rooms were very spacious and clean.”

“This property is nestled between a hospital and a ihop. Pros: a/c worked, fitness center was fairly comprehensive—full dumbbell set, cable system, benches. Cons: hard bed that was difficult to sleep on, generally dingy appearance, view of a dumpster. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay as we have stayed there several times in the past month however when we went down to grab breakfast there were no more potatoes or muffins and when we asked for more the guy said it was too close to breakfast being over so basically too bad and to come earlier next time which was sad. After the 3 of us arrived for breakfast about 5 others came in and also were upset to find no potatoes or muffins. We got to breakfast around 910-915 and breakfast ends at 930. We have...

“Whenever we travel, we prefer to stay at the Holiday inn hotel, the main attraction is the hot tub and swimming pool. Breakfast is served hot and tasty. The staff are friendly and polite.”

“I wish I had known that it would be under construction. Jack hammers, construction noise, the smell of paint, smoke detectors going off. When the smoke detectors went off I tried to call the office 3 times to see if it was really a fire or a test. The staff was rude except for the blonde woman when I checked in. The woman who checked me out was incredibly rude. I guess I was interrupting her TV show. House keeping staff was friendly. Will not be coming back.”

“Rooms were nice, so far the nicest we have stayed in for the price range. Clean and neat, I would return for another stay.”

“If you spray for bugs clean up when they die. It’s gross. I will never return. If I could have had a refund I would have taken that option and left. Expedia said that not and option and I would loose my money. I’m not wealthily to accept just losing money. I have pictures of all the bugs in both rooms.”
