“Property location is fabulous. Hotel sits right on the beach and the noise from the surf fills the air. Because there are a lot of rocks, it's not an undulating surf, it's loud and it's constant. I like it.
The property itself though leaves a lot to be desired. It wasn't third world filthy, but it wasn't very clean. Floors were very dirty. Window sills were also dirty. Baseboards were dirty. Bedding and linens seemed fine. Lots of deferred maintenance. Many things were broken or in...
