Hotel a Ventura

“Great for what it is. It's not the Marriott, but if you just want a comfortable bed and shower, it satisfies. AC blew fine and kept me comfortable all night. Breakfast options consisted of fresh-made waffle maker, small yogurts, juices, cereal, shrink-wrapped bagels and pastries, and apples. Perhaps a couple of other items I missed. Elevator worked great. Candy vending machine available, but I didn't indulge in that. Abundant parking and 24/7 staffed front desk. I checked in at 3am and it was no...

“The mattress was really soft.Not good for me”

“The rooms were clean but the daily refresh of he room (stayed 4 nights)was limited. I had fresh towels everyday but garbage was not taken out day to day, Kleenex was not refilled after running out, paper coffee cups were not replenished day to day. the bed spread and blankets were pulled up but the bed was not "made". These are all something we are used to from other hotels but was not a "requirement".”

“Have stayed there 2x now for 4th of July celebration and it’s good place for price and staff is always friendly and helpful.”

“Hot breakfast was AWESOME. Had trouble with the key card would not open the door. Staff tried with different cards, no luck. Staff reset the system everything worked. Still was frustrating. Overall ADEQUATE. 3.5- 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He moved a fily with a barking dog to a different part of the hotel. He also, when we had trouble with the remote for the TV came and helped us manage finding TV stations.”

“On the good side the motel was very quiet. The breakfast was very good. Our room had 1 towel one wash cloth and one towel 1 small bar of soap. The shower head was pulled out of the wall. The ceiling fan and light were on 1 switch. Noisy fan running any time the light was turned on. The front side of the ceiling light was pulled out of the ceiling. Only got clean towels if we went to the desk dirty towels were not picked up waste baskets were not emptied. Seat on toilet was loose was fixed (?)...

“Bad odor. Old and some broken furniture. Bad area. Checked five days early and went to a much nicer place.”
