Hotel a Verde

“I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I booked a two-night stay and checked in late at midnight. After a long day out, we discovered the toilet in our room was not working. The front desk agreed to change our room, but we had to wait nearly an hour, which was very tiring after a long day. Unfortunately, the second room also had the same toilet problem the next morning. I called for maintenance and waited almost an hour with no response, so I went downstairs to request another...

“The shower was dirty and had hairs in it.”

“La pulizia della stanza era scadente, con polvere sui pavimenti e piccole ragnatele sul soffitto. Capelli sulle lenzuola. La televisione non funzionava. sconsigliato!”

“The staff was alright, but the rooms were very minimal. The beds look and feel like IKEA specials. There was mold growing in the shower. There must not be any insulation in the walls, as I could clearly hear a phone call in the adjoining room and hours worth of children upstairs running and jumping in their room above mine. I suppose if all you want is a room near the beach and don't mind not sleeping, this motel would suffice.”

“Posto carino e ben tenuto, ma colazione praticamente inesistente, anche se nell'annuncio si parlava di colazione internazionale. Piscina in ristrutturazione e non fruibile. Posizione eccellente. Pulizia ottima.”

“The floor of the room was dusty and there was a stain on the mattress cover. Everything else was fine.”

“This hotel was decent . Room was clean but outdated could use newer furniture. Beds were comfortable and pillows. Felt safe around the area. They had some fast food restaurants in walking distance and downtown San Luis Obispo was near by too. Had a pool but did not use because it was not that hot. Recommend for a quick stay.”

“There is usually a table, our room did not. The air conditioner didn't work well, I had it turned all the way down to 60° and it barely cooled. Other than that it was a nice large room.”

“Al nostro arrivo abbiamo aspettato più di 30 minuti. Truffatori, Hanno fatto pagare la prenotazione per ben due volte (dormendo una sola notte),nonostante avessi già dimostrato il pagamento con tanto di ricevuta. nonostante la richiesta di rimborso non hanno voluto accettare un rimborso. Personale arrogante e volgare, ci hanno pure chiuso la porta in faccia. Il motel era sporco, rumoso e poco sicuro. Non raccomando a nessuno questo “motel”. Avrei preferito dormire in macchina.”
