Hotel a Verin Ptghni

“Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. They have lots of p places. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. And a small fridge. We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? The indoor area with swimming pool and spa was big, clean, and with beautiful decorations. The gym looked good but did not try. Did not try breakfast either. We could definitely...

“Good location Clean Just in Armenia doesn’t have hospitality! Missed an item there and they didn’t help and no answer to many massages I sent! They didn’t help to get taxi and said right way to get to another hotel! I think we don’t want visit this country anymore. They just think about money money more money”

“The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.”
