“The accommodation was great, however the coffee kettle was dirty with coffee residue when I arrived and I couldn't make my coffee.”

“Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!”

“The draw to this property is the location to the ark and that you can walk to the Mexican restaurant. It's an older hotel with old fixtures so if you're very picky you won't like it. I have stayed several times and the rooms are clean with a coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge. I like the staff there. They offer a basic continental breakfast.”

“Our stay was comfortable, but one of the beds was an issue. My friend had issues with the bed slumping on one side, and had to sleep on the other side to keep from falling out. The bathroom had a toilet that was so low, a toddler could use it. Not comfortable for adults at all. ”

Sublets from now on any least the hosts care about thier properties ”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“I loved the kitchenette and opportunity to cook our own meals. The room was very clean and the manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the comfort of his guests. He even went out of his way to personally deliver decaf coffee to our room! ”

“How's it sound? The property being pet-friendly, along with the low $50 incidental deposit, was a plus and made traveling with our large dogs easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard—we encountered an unpleasant odor in the room and found leftover items such as lids from old containers, hairs on the bed, etc. from previous guests, which is unacceptable....
