“Standard al di sotto del brand “La Quinta”. Camera con alcuni componenti consumati e pulizia inesistente di alcune parti. Ho fatto presente queste cose alla reception: risultato…non e’ cambiato nulla. Colazione scarsa; normalmente si trovano sempre caffè’ acqua a disposizione in reception. Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

“We have stayed here on 3 separate occasions and we love it so much we haven’t tried anywhere else in Tuscaloosa. The location to the university can’t be beat, the pool is clean, and staff is always friendly. We will be back.”

“Our internet was never able to connect and the attendant tried their best to help. My daughter went to shower and screamed because there was at least a 2-inch cockroach in the shower. The shower spout was not connected to the wall all the way. Lastly, and I am 1,000% not making this up: There is a wooden divider between one of the beds and the pull out couch. I looked over and there were 3-4 boogers stuck on the divider. We were offered a different room, but by this time it was close to 10:30...

“I had no expectations here other than a clean place to get a good night's sleep. My expectations were completely met. The room was spacious, and although dated, clean and well-appointed. The night manager was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.”

“Asked on reservation for ground floor. Wife can’t navigate stairs. Room was on third floor. Elevator not fully functional. Would not return to ground from third floor. Waiting on part. Clothes iron did not work. Control panel on A/C did not work so could not change settings. It ran sort of.”
