“Absolutely awful and unsafe experience. I booked this hotel for a cheer competition and arrived after a 6-hour drive with my three young children and our dog. From the moment we entered the lobby, the atmosphere felt off. There was a woman sitting there who appeared homeless, which immediately raised concerns. While checking in, my 7-year-old needed to use the restroom, and staff repeatedly insisted she go alone, which was completely unacceptable. We got our keys and headed to the room, but...

“I was completely shocked at the condition of the room assigned to us. It was so bad, we left and checked into another hotel. The room was dirty, smelled horrible, the microwave was not clean and burned up inside. The bed linen and carpet had huge stains all over. We spent all of 5 minutes inside the room then left. I had a bad feeling prior to booking but hoped for the best. I do not recommend this dump!!! Beware! ”

“The only good news is, the room & the bedding were clean but there was one thin blanket (glad the heat worked). It had a kitchenette with zero silverware, pots/pans, dishes glasses or cups - ZERO. $30 at Salvation Army would go a long way. No coffee maker. I asked the desk for a metal spoon for ice cream, they only had plastic. A kitchenette with no hardware is not a kitchenette. “The rooms smelled sour. The shower in both rooms were disgusting. The shower curtain had mode all over it. You couldn't even wash up. Thank God I had sense enough to bring my own lyso and clorex disinfectant wipes (2 containers), my own lysol spray and a case of water just to brush our teeth. So sad!!!!!!
