“Rosa our hostess made the two week stay with my wife and our daughter’s family a true delight. The pool was a big splash with the 4 and 6 year old grandsons. The oldest perfected his swimming skills while there. Rosa’s morning goodie surprises were wonderful. Her direction and suggestions on where to eat or what village to see was spot on. ”

“Disappointing experience for us. House is moist, really strange lay-out. Low sealings in many rooms. Old furniture which is not comfortable. Bathroom dated, and not well maintained. Offensive art on the wall. Etc etc. on the plus, supporting staff really friendly. And location and view really nice.”

“This house was perfect for our stay. We were able to do easy day trips to many beautiful towns in Umbria and Tuscany region. The house was clean, spacious, ac in every bedroom, and the pool was great for our kids. We would definitely stay here again in the future. ”

Il posto è bellissimo e Valeria è stata molto gentile, ha organizzato la festa (con buffet e bibite varie) per 50 persone e sono rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per quanto riguarda la casa che per quanto riguarda il catering (e tutto il resto). Consigliamo vivamente anche per un week end tra amici!”

“Excellent accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Very tranquil and serene while still having easy access to Orvieto, grocery, restaurants, shops, etc. Easy day trips to many locations. We had Chef Thomas meet us on our arrival with Prosecco and appetizers followed by an excellent dinner. Highly recommend. The pool was an added bonus and very refreshing after a day of sightseeing.”
