L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione e presenta tutti i vantaggi ed i confort per una vacanza al mare in famiglia.Il garage coperto privato fa si che non c'è l'inconveniente del parcheggio, tutto a pagamento nel centro e molto difficile da trovare , soprattutto nei mesi estivi.Viareggio è una piccola stazione balneare che, grazie alle sue spiagge immense ed alla sua bellissima passeggiata in stile Liberty, i negozi prestigiosi ed i numerosi ottimi ristoranti, attira un pubblico cosmopolita o puramente toscano durante tutto l'anno.Questo centro è il punto di partenza ideale per numerose gite di un giorno a carattere culturale, gastronomico o semplicemente di relax. In meno di un'ora si raggiungono facilemnte Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, le cave di marmo di Carrara e le Cinque Terre. Appena un'ora e mezza Siena, la regione del Chianti e la Maremma.Per i giovani ci sono numerosi pubs, locali, discoteche, concerti e festival che possono raggiungere facilemnte anche a piedi o in bicicletta.Le altre attrattive di Viareggio sono il Carnevale (ance corsi estivi) ed il Festival Pucciniano.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa era pulita, spaziosa e provvista di tutto. La proprietaria è stata disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. La casa è a 500 metri dal mare e ha intorno bar, ristoranti e supermercato, insomma tutto ciò che serve.

La casa è dotata veramente di tutto in particolare in cucina c'è ogni tipo di accessorio. È a 200 m dalla passeggiata ed in generale in pochi km c'è tutto quello che si può desiderare per una vacanza: Mare, montagna città d'arte ecc ecc Anne ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie 10 e lode!!

Appartamento grande con tutto ciò di cui potreste avere bisogno. Zona ben servita di bar, minimarket, ristoranti ecc, a 2 passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. Il garage privato una comodità assoluta: indispensabile per una vacanza senza pensieri. Proprietaria gentilissima e disponibilissima. In generale ci siamo trovati bene nell'appartamento, lo consiglio!

The location is perfect. The bakery downstairs is excellent. The Conad Grocery around the corner is very convenient! Anne is a great host. The flat is clean and has everything you need. Beds usually comfortable! Wi-Fi is relatively slow DSL, but you can stream Netflix on an iPad just fine. We enjoyed or stay in Cinque Terra/Tuscany using this apartment has a home base.

This apartment is absolutely perfect! The location is wonderful and the apartment is very spacious and well appointed. The check in and check out were seamless, the owner was wonderful to work with. The a/c works great, the patios are lovely to enjoy some people watching in the morning or evening, and the beds are comfortable. You do not need a car in this location. You can walk to absolutely everything- grocery, restaurants, beaches, etc. Do yourself a favor and visit the bakery down below the apartment. Her focaccia will be something I dream about for weeks to come!

Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect for us! We could walk to anywhere we wanted to in Viareggio as it was just steps from the waterfront. It also has a garage as we had a car for taking day trips to around the area and did not have to worry at all about parking. Working with the manager could not have been better also!

My friends and I (group of 5 persons) stayed for 10 days at Annes place. We arrived in a VW bus and the parking lot was big enough. Anne was super supportive in helping us check if our VW Bus could fit in the parking lot and many other questions. Communication with Anne was always fast and friendly. The apartment was very tidy and spacious. There was enough room for everybody. The 2 bathrooms, 3 balconys and air condition in every bed and living room were great. The appartment looks better in real life as in the photos. Supermarket, bakery, beach, restaurants.. everything was right around the corner or max. 10 min walk away. Highly recommend this appartment and would rent it again, if we are back in Viareggio. Thanks a lot Anne!

Our original apartment fell through so we booked this apartment instead. It was a bit over my budget but SO worth it. As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt right at home. It is clean and stocked with everything one would need. There is air conditioning in the main living room and each of the three bedrooms. We found we didn't need it in the living room because there are big doors opening to a balcony that allows fresh air. We loved sitting on the balcony off the living room and the main bedroom. There is another balcony off the kitchen that we used to dry our clothes on the drying rack. There is so much space for a family of 5. We stay mostly in rentals when traveling and this apartment is one of my favorites, you can tell that Anne takes pride in the apartment. Don't hesitate to book!

Great, central location! Couldn't have picked a better appointment for our stay. Supermarket right around the corner, coffee/bar right downstairs, close to beach and many restaurants. We had 3 adults and 1 eight year old. Plenty of space for all of us.

Situation idéale plein centre, a quelques minutes à pied de la plage, à deux pas de la boulangerie, de la supérette et de la pharmacie. Propreté irréprochable. La climatisation dans chaque chambre et dans le salon, bienvenue vu le temps . Anne est très agréable, accueil chaleureux. Juste faire attention au bouton dans la cuisine, il ne remonte pas le store mais éteint le gaz😂. Anne disponible très vite pour rectifier notre erreur. Le parking est un gros plus car toutes les places sont payantes à Viareggio. En résumé : parfait.

Anne was a wonderful host, turning up later than arranged as our flight was delayed. The apartment was brilliant in a wonderful location and the carpark space is a real bonus. air-conditioning in both our bedrooms and the main sitting room made for a comfortable space. Right beside a supermarket, small bar and restaurants.

I had a difficult time writing this review because I felt that our experience here my be just a one-off; but this is what I'd tell a friend. It is our personal experience, notwithstanding very positive reviews. My wife and I stayed five nights. Overall, an okay experience. Anne and her son were responsive. Parking was convenient, safe, and made for an easy in and out of the town to visit surrounding villages. But the apartment felt like beach house that was just opened after a long winter. There was only one adapter for appliances that need a ground, like refrigerator, iron, washing, machine, hair dryer, etc. (But Anne's son promptly brought a few extra.) One bathroom had a fair amount of mold on the window pane and sill, and my wife felt the apartment hadn't been properly cleaned. Also, my wife disliked using the tub because it was slippery and the shower because of the mold. The internet reception was mediocre requiring that I connect my laptop directly to the router with a cable. All in all, if you need the room and the beach and nightlife are the main attractions for you, this is probably a very good place to stay.

Anne was extremely easy to communicate with. She asked any questions promptly. The property was very clean, spacious and located within easy walk to the beach, local bars and restaurants. The underground parking was excellent. We would definitely stay here again as a family group, as it more than met our requirements.

Die Wohnung ist besser als die Fotos es zeigen. Gute Ausstattung und beste Lage für Ausflüge durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Noch näher ist es zum Strand. Parkplatz in der Parkgarage ist Gold wert.
