“This hotel is perfect for a stopover in Arlanda! Good price. The buffet breakfast starts at 4:00 am. Shuttle to/from the airport (5 minute distance) is very efficiently organised all day (it must be booked in advance). The evening restaurant has good choices for a quick dinner (no other options around). Rooms are essentials but clean and quite. Elevator. Vending machines. I highly recommend and will return again. ”

“Sigtuna e' una bellissima cittadina a circa 40 km da Stoccolma e una quindicina dall' aeroporto di Arlanda ...l'hotel è stato proprio come ce lo aspettavano ..ci hanno riservato una bella camera con vista lago . Colazione ottima personale molto gentile ..da consigliare anche per una vacanza più lunga..”

He is in desperate need of a customer care course. He seems too busy checking his social network profiles and earing his meal at the spa reception desk to care for the very wet and slippery floor in the male changing room.
