“The first room still had urine in the toilet. The second room didn’t even open. The third room had an ac so loud I couldn’t sleep in the room. I left. ”

Upon arrival, the front desk clerk confidently insisted that I had stayed at the hotel the previous week. This was completely false, as it was my first time there. “We rented two rooms. Very nice property. Convenient location. However, the shower in one of the rooms did not work and the other room had no towels. Staff was friendly but did not resolve the issues nor offered any assistance other than "we will report the issue." We ended up having to use the one shower that did work and obtained towels from the gym/pool area.”
