“I only stayed one night as slightly more expensive that other 3 star hotels. No breakfast included compared with others. Nothing around when shopping center is closed. Good for first night when arriving at Batam Center.”

“First time at tis location. I will def stay here again next trip. It is so near to the ferry terminal, indeed walking distance a few minutes away.
Room is clean and nice. Instructions were simple and clear.
At ground level, there is a 24hr mini mart. Can also enjoy the cooling sea breeze.

“The hotel is huge in terms of dimension but looks like old and never finished and the room are quite small. The service is good and you can also enjoy a good dinner at the restaurant.

Caught off fuard that we need to call first to receive inatruction. Security at the reception totally lost and bot ablw to help. To avoid hassle, contact the owner before checking in. Will definitely return.”

“Property was under renovation so it was a bit dusty and noisy. We paid for breakfast but the breakfast offered was packed rice and snacks bought from outside. We felt cheated. We would prefer buying our own breakfast from shopping mall because it would have cost us lesser than what we had paid to the hotel. There was no kitchen at the "restaurant ".
Property was in gated compound so that was a good point.
Overall, it could have been a better place to stay if they look at offering a better...
