“Let me start with the property was fine. The room was fairly clean, at least as clean as my own house. The bed was big with lots of pillows and while not the best mattress, firm and comfortable. I was able to change the HVAC easily for my needs. TV remote gave me some issues but I figured it out. Breakfast, especially the coffee, was PHENOMENAL! Best hotel breakfast I've ever had! Coffee machine is fantastic! Now...I did have one issue....Checking in was a nightmare! I called multiple...

“My family has stayed here multiple times and this time we were a bit disappointed. The pool needed cleaned. the bottom was brown colored, the hot tub was broken and we asked for an extra blanket and was told the hotel only had 1 extra blanket and didn’t carry any extra pillows. Staff was wonderful as usual Like i said this was my first not so wonderful review out of my last 4 stays there”

“The entire second floor is being renovated but the desk clerk sent us there anyway. The room smelled of mildew, the curtain wouldn't draw and the A/C wouldn't work. We brought the desk clerk up to look at the room and she put us on the third floor. The room was nicer, but the TV control was malfunctioning and the in-room coffee maker wouldn't work. Breakfast was OK. ”

“Breakfast menu was not quite as varied as other Fairfield Inns I've stayed at, but it was adequate. Glad to have non-dairy options for my coffee at breakfast (which seems to be rare for most hotel breakfasts) Room was clean. Decent shower and comfortable bed.”

“Lobby and breakfast area were clean and neat; food was fresh and tasty. Hallway carpet was torn up where there had been an apparent ice machine leak and smelled very musty with a heavy odor of disinfectant. After the first two uses, the coded room key-card didn't work and the lady at the front desk said she would let us in, but to get a new key we had to wait until that afternoon when her brother came in. “The room was disgusting! The tub was dirty urine all over the toilet the floor harden been mopped looked like forever sheets was stained sink has cigarettes and stuff in it frig was dirty”

“room ok though a bit spartan The really awful part was outside - bird excrement everywhere - Filthy - it was terribly hard to overcome that first impression when a bucket of soapy water and a pressure washer could have readily fixed the problem. I have no idea what was going but loud conversation interrupted our sleep several times during the night, not partying but even occured at 4;30 but clean am”

“Overall the stay was good. However, for a handicapped person staying on the 2nd floor with no elevator available was challenging. The sitting chair had a wheel missing. Unable to use. It was mentioned to staff, but no response. For those guest like my husband and I who has a late evening flight the opportinity to have a later checkout time would be helpful. Some hotels charge an additional fee. Normally half price of daily room rate. And some hotels, have a holding space, at no charge, if guest...
