Hotel a Vienna

“We spent 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I got head lice, the toilet in the second room was loose from the floor. It seems every lock on the rooms needs to be changed out as the key cards wouldn’t work. It is too bad the facility is in such disrepair, as the staff is nice and helpful, but I could not recommend anyone stay here!!!”

“While the room was adequately clean , there were areas in the hotel that were visibly dirty and worn. No ice. No diet sodas. Entrance very hard to see at night.”

“Owner is super nice, the hotel is always clean and the breakfast is actually very generous. I've stayed multiple times and will continue to do so when I'm driving through.”

“We came here to swim for my son’s 5th birthday. We were told the pool would be open u til 10pm when we called BEFORE booking the hotel room. When we got there and checked in we went down to the pool to find it was NOT open and we asked the front desk clerk for a refund and told him that we would not be staying. He then said he couldn’t process the refund because he was not a manager. So we left and are still waiting for a refund since we did NOT stay at the hotel.”

“The room was very clean. It did take some time to get it cooled off but was comfortable. The breakfast was very good.”

“The bedding seemed dirty as there was someone else's hair on it upon arrival The housekeeping was spotty. Didn't replace the dirty towels or empty the trashcans daily. It was one or the other. The floor squeaked really loud when me or the people in the rooms next to me walked around. Was loud enough to get woke up by it in the middle of the night. No in room coffee pot or iron.”

“Bathroom outdated. Rooms fine. Clean. Staff nice. Could not use pool, weather. Location good. Breakfast good. Price fair.”

“Leaking bathroom sink tile, TV freezing up, microwave halfway worked, keys to open doors kept having to be updated, breakfast could have been better, noisy, no elevators, and the cost of the room was too much for what they offered.”
