“The property was actually better than pictures. Very clean”

“The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful in accommodating us to have atleast one of our rooms ready for early check in as we had a wedding to prepare for. The rooms smelt like either BO or dirty mop water. They were clean but the smell was bad. We had to spray Lysol and air freshener to help. It seemed to be coming from the vents or the floors.”

“It was nice. The place was secluded, which could make you feel safe, but also maybe not. The bed was very comfortable, and I felt fine there. However, I would probably stay at a different place next time. Just because of my overall preferences.”

“Nice staff, good breakfast, nice pool, rooms are a little less than average. Though the room was generally clean, the bathroom tub had some pink mold, the shower curtain smelled, and the doors and sinks were worn out. The front door seemed to have forced entry damage.”

“I never write reviews but I have to write one for this hotel. It was immaculately clean, staff was wonderful, and it’s in such a perfect area. I don’t know how else to explain it except that it had GREAT energy!”

“Our room and my daughter’s room was filthy. There was a dead bug inside a pillowcase: a bug smashed on the wall with a streak of bug guts; peanuts under the desk area; yellow stains on the sheets; a lot of dead bugs under the curtains; and what appeared to be a mouse hole in the wall. We left and found a clean room at the Holiday Inn Express. We have pictures and requested a refund.”

“This property is actually a very run down motel. The three story facility does not even have an elevator! When we found this out we asked for a first floor room only to find that the room was actually UNDERGROUND up to the window sill and faced directly on to the parking lot (i.e lined up with the car exhaust pipes!) The only positive note was the courtesy shown by the staff member at the reception desk. We did not spend the night there.”
