Wenn man einen typisch deutschen Maßstab anlegt, wird man hier nicht enttäuscht – es ist ein solider, guter Durchschnitt. Frühstück: Das Frühstück war insgesamt gut. Allerdings gab es ab und zu kleine organisatorische Schwächen beim Nachfüllen: Manchmal hat es etwas am Kaffee gefehlt oder das Obst wurde nicht rechtzeitig nachgelegt. Fazit: Ansonsten ein wirklich schönes Hotel!...

“The room’s chairs were dirty with hair, the bedding had stains and one of the sheets had blood. I requested extra items including a blanket due to the dirtiness and didn’t get the items until past midnight when someone knocked on the door. I requested the items through the app twice and also called. The person still brought the wrong items so I asked a friend to bring them instead.
