“Perfect location. Staff cleaned our room and gave us fresh towels each day when we were out. I haven’t had that happen since before COVID. ”

“The bathroom soaps and shampoos wouldn’t come out the containers other than that is was fine ”

“The rooms smelled really bad…the first room they gave me smelled like mold and I noticed it looked there had been water damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. I asked to change rooms and the clerk was very nice. The second room was slightly better but still did not smell good at all. The windows did not open so you can’t air out the rooms either. I have bad allergies so this is not great for me. ”

“Breakfast was super good and was good when we were in a hurry to get out the door! Our room was clean and plenty of room for my toddler to run and play! We left the early to check out and the hotel called and asked if we left a bag because they found a child’s bag in the parking lot and were calling guest traveling with children so they didn’t forget it. It wasn’t ours but I thought it was awesome they were doing their best to track down the owner! Great hotel no complaints! We will definitely...

“Ice machine a long way from room. Coffee from a machine was not very tasty. The shower was difficult to shut off,had to call maintenance.Breakfast was middle of the road.”

“The breakfast was adequate. Overall, the hotel was very run down. The hot tub should have just been renamed tub. I’ve stood on warmer rainstorms. The only saving grace was we got a room with a jetted tub. ”

“WoodSpring Suites Kansas City Mission is definitely a very basic hotel without the amenities of most hotels. But it's perfect if you're just looking for a comfy bed, kitchenette, and a shower. For those reasons, plus the wonderful staff and insanely great price, I would recommend this hotel. My stay lasted a week or more, as I kept having to extend it, and included my two small dogs. We just needed a place to stay while I was in-between moves. My only requirements were that the hotel must be...
