“Our floor was flooding, our toilet didn’t stop running, the tiling around the tub was cracked so badly that I stepped into what would’ve been a massive hole had I not noticed. The walls and shower curtains were disgusting. Cockroaches in the bathroom!! I reached out to the hotel and Expedia and got no response. Maintenance came to our room but didn't follow up.”

“This is an older, 1970's style motel. However, the staff is friendly and the room immaculate. The beds are adequately comfortable, although I'd recommend bringing your own pillow if possible, as they were large and hard. The shower is clean, and the bathroom has shampoo and soap. The lighting is thoughtfully placed with plenty of switches and a large mini refrigerator and microwave are convenient. The large room had an area to hang your clothes. “Smoking around the building. Two chairs seemed to be set up permanently for cigar smokers. Raining when we arrived and besides the two cigar smokers there were 4 or 5 people smoking by the entrance door. Apparently smoking is allowed as long as outside. The smoke could be smelled inside. The woman at reception gave us the wrong WiFi password. Got the correct password in the morning. She must have worked at another hotel as well, because password was a totally different format. “The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”
