“All of our flights were cancelled and we were not able to get to VA. The property refused to refund us. We only booked a 3 night trip. We would have missed out on the first two nights because of airline issues.”

“Hotel was clean most of the staff was very nice and kind had a mix up with expedia and the staff regarding our booking. The manager immediately figured it out but the staff member was a little rude about it.Please ensure your staff is kind and helpful to your paying customers or this may turn others off in the future.”

“Location was good for me. Clean and quiet room, light darkening curtains worked well. Staff very welcoming. Restaurant and a bar on premises. Good water pressure for shower. Hot water was really hot!!! Bed was comfortable enough. And what surprised me was a working, lighted makeup mirror!!! My areas of concern were: No luggage rack, no bag for laundry, and when I asked for a roll of toilet paper at the front desk, none was placed in the room from housekeeping!!! Good thing I took one roll...

“I didn’t like how dirty the bathroom was very dirty especially the bath tub. On the balcony the chairs were very dirty. Beach view was very nice. The staff was ok”
