“Room smelled a little bit like cigarettes but otherwise very good!”

“Bugs everywhere the bed had hair on it the pillows are small. Parking is so small and lady comes 15 min prior to checking out. Come at check out time not 15 prior that’s just rude”

“This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏”

“The places were old and needed to be refurbished, the walls had molded through , towels had stains , she had one maid who came in once a day , who tried her best to clean up but only had the one shift but the place needs to be closed down til they refurbish the hotel”

“Staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful. It took more than an hour to get towels, I called the reception 3 times and at the last time I called I was told that they were washing the towels, but I talked to an employee in the elevator and she immediately took towels to my room, which means the people at the front desk didn’t tell me the true. The same happened with bed sheets for the sofa bed, the sheets for the sofa bed that were in the room were dirty, so I had to call and they took...

“The staff is useful and friendly. The room is large and has some updates. We appreciated the fact that there was flooring and no carpet. Big plus for us. The bed was large but was more on the hard side which didn't lend to having a good night sleep. Pillows are a bit on the flat side. Towels were also very thin, but staff did give us more upon request without any questions. Hotel room was quiet even with its proximity to a big boulevard. Felt safe and parking was right in front of our room....
