“Could use a microwave in the room just saying”

“The location of this hotel is perfect, parking is convenient, and the staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. ​Unfortunately, my experience with the room was very disappointing. I had reserved a non-smoking room, but upon arrival, I was told none were available. The staff placed me in a smoking room instead, promising they would freshen it up so it wouldn't smell. “This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏”

“To begin with, the reviews are obviously fake. I should’ve looked at them more carefully, but I based my decision to stay at this facility had a lot to do with its 8.2 rating. There is review after review where the subject title is just Excellent and then the comment is clean room or blah blah blah but there’s no way that you know 15 people are leaving reviews and they all just say basically the same thing.
