“Unfortunately i can't give a n honest opinion of the Hampton Suites, as there was a problem with my booking. I'm not sure if it was Expedia's fault, or that of the property's, but when i arrived to collect the keys from the nearby Crowne Plaza as instructed, i was told that the property was undergoing maintenance and i should not have been allowed to book it in the first place(i had booked it two months prior). This was particularly frustrating as i have sent an email only days before my arrival...

“Gorgeous self contained studio. My boys (aged 5 and 9) loved the built in bunk beds, and the fact they could collect fresh eggs and feed all the animals. Shaun and Angelica were so friendly, accomodated an earlier check in, and gave the boys plenty of animal feed! Only a 10min drive from Windsor Castle and Legoland, so perfect for our trip! The boys are already asking when we can return again! ”

“Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located. We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. ”
