“The staff were incredible, friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Beds were comfortable enjoyed the stay. Only suggestion, is a luggage cart to help bringing in luggage. I know there’s no elevator, but it’s still helpful for anyone on the first floor. Will stay there again. This was my third time staying there.”

“I was charged twice for the night. I have phoned the hotel twice about it, they acknowledge the charges but say the second charge was in case of incidentals and will be credited back to my account in 5 to 7 days. Tomorrow will be 19 days…”

“I asked the front desk person if the room was a non-smoking room and he said yes. I arrived past midnight and was already tired and needed a place so I stayed. Bedcover had multiple cigarette burn marks, carpet had stains, wall had damages, bathroom faucet knob was attached and bottom of bathtub was rusted out and towels were stained and ends falling apart. Entire suite stunk and pillow stunk like cigarette smoke. ”

“The hotel was located on the west side of Edson giving quick access to Hwy 16 west. Lots of free parking near the front door. The foyer is very large with a cool glass of water you can dispense. The front desk clerk was very helpful in giving us a room that suited our needs best. The room was large with all amenities we were needing. Comfortable beds, clean bedding, fluffy pillows, white towels, in a very clean bathroom. We had a fridge, microwave, & kettle plus some other items that would...
