I was traveling with my dog for almost 13 hours in the car- booked online because it said they accepted pets-also when I called ahead of time- they said they had a restaurant available. Checked in at 8:00pm - after walking my dog I took a shower only to find bugs in the drain by my feet! And there was NO HOT water Mortified- I got dressed and went to the available restaurant that stopped serving food at 9:00 on Friday...

“Our experience at The Inn at Charles Town - Hollywood Casino was better than at another Hollywood property. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom larger than most. Would have preferred the shower to have access to the fixtures without having to step into the shower. The breakfast wasn't as substantial as others. No eggs or meat, other than hard boiled eggs. The pancake maker was either broken or old as it took forever to make one. There is a $10/day fee that covers 2...

“It's a motel. But rooms were clean. Unfortunately alot of Marijuana smell coming in the room from outside. The shower was older and the tub drained super slow. It was clean and had all the needs.”
